USA Customers Note

Due to the introduction of new tariffs in the USA (extra 15% for prodcuts produced in Norway), we are not able to cover this cost for you. DHL will issue you with an import bill when your order is imported. We are monitoring the situation closely, and will update as more news comes.

Shipping note

The price of shipping has risen drastically in the last several years post-covid, meaning we are unable to offer free shipping any more. We are a small business who does not fulfill the volume requirements to be offered lower shipping rates, which means we cannot factor this cost into the price of the product, which would make it unfair for some customers. To accommodate for this we have lowered our prices overall significantly to give you the customer, the most fair price for what you purchase.

Delivery

Normally you have the goods at the post office 3-5 days after we have received your order. The post office will let you know when the package can be collected.

You have two weeks to collect your parcel at your nearest post office. If you do not, it will be returned to us. These are Posten's regulations. In addition, you will be invoiced for shipping costs.

Flat shipping Norway

We charge NOK 79 for shipping in any case in Norway except Svalbard.

Customers on Svalbard

Posten has introduced a separate fee for parcels sent to Svalbard. For this reason, each order is charged with this fee, which is NOK 160.

Shipping outside of Norway excluding Svalbard

DHL Express shipping. Normally we will ship out your order within 3-5 days of recieving it. Shipping internationally can take up to 3 weeks depending on location and events out of our control. 

Europe: 400 NOK

UK: 450 NOK

Rest of World: 750 NOK
